This is an original Japanese poster printed in 1977 for the first theatrical release of New Female Prisoner Scorpion: Special Cell Block X (新・女囚さそり 特殊房X), the third entry in the second Female Prisoner Scorpion series, produced by Toei Studios.

The “Sasori” (Scorpion) films are among the most iconic works in Japan’s 1970s “pinky violence” and women-in-prison exploitation genres. The original Female Prisoner Scorpion series (1972–1973), starring Meiko Kaji, became international cult classics, known for their mix of violent revenge narratives, radical feminist undertones, and bold visual style. In this later continuation, actress Yōko Natsuki took on the role of the vengeful Sasori, bringing a new, modernized energy to the franchise.

Poster design
The B2 poster captures the stylized exploitation aesthetic perfectly: Yōko Natsuki is shown in a striking white suit and black coat, brandishing a blade, her defiant stare promising vengeance.
