Order Information & Shipping Details

🌏 NEXT-DAY DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING — FROM JAPAN TO YOUR DOORSTEP

We proudly ship the same or next working day worldwide from Tokyo using DHL Express — the fastest, safest, and most reliable courier in the world. Whether you’re in London, Los Angeles, or Lisbon, your poster is on its way in no time.

📦 PACKAGING

At Japan Poster Shop, we take extreme pride and care in our packaging process. Whether an order is US$100 or US$50,000, every poster is prepared with the same attention to detail and packed to the highest standards.

With over a decade of experience and thousands of posters shipped worldwide, we have developed a robust, multi-layered packing method designed specifically to protect original and often irreplaceable works during international transit.

Unframed posters are carefully rolled in protective paper, with particular attention given to the edges, before being securely wrapped in bubble wrap. The protected poster is then placed inside an industrial-strength tube originally manufactured for construction use, chosen for its exceptional rigidity and resistance to crushing. The tube is securely sealed before being placed inside a further rectangular cardboard shipping box, providing an additional layer of protection throughout its journey.

Every order also includes a Certificate of Authenticity (COA), receipt and complimentary Japan Poster Shop gifts.

We understand that many of the posters entrusted to us are rare, valuable and extremely difficult to replace. Our packaging process has therefore been refined through years of international shipping experience to help ensure that every poster arrives safely and in the best possible condition.

Framed posters arrive in a custom-built, foam-padded box, reinforced for international transit and ready to hang.
