It is the fourth and final film in the Rebuild of Evangelion film series, part of the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise.
After a protracted development and multiple delays, Thrice Upon a Time was released on March 8, 2021, to positive reviews and became the highest-grossing film of the franchise.
