This is an original, humungous Japanese B0 movie poster from 1966 for the first release of Red Angel (赤い天使). 

Red Angel (赤い天使, Akai Tenshi) is a 1966 Japanese film directed by Yasuzo Masumura. It tells the story of a young Japanese nurse on the front lines in China during the Second Sino-Japanese War. It is based on a 1966 novel of the same name by Yorichika Arima (Source: Wikipedia)

In this size only a handful remain in the world. Japanese B0 posters are the rarest format and are 100.0 x 141.4 cm (39.4 × 55.7 inches.)

This poster was rare even in 1966. In 2021, this may be the only copy left. It is certainly the only copy for sale anywhere in the world right now. This type of poster usually never survives as they are torn down or pasted over with a new release.
