This is an original Japanese poster printed in 1977 for the first theatrical release of Logan’s Run (邦題: 2300年未来への旅) in Japan.

Adapted from the 1967 novel by William F. Nolan and George Clayton Johnson, Logan’s Run depicts a domed utopia in the year 2274 where citizens live hedonistic lives until they are euthanised at age 30. Sandman Logan 5 (Michael York) and fugitive Jessica 6 (Jenny Agutter) flee the city to seek “Sanctuary,” challenging the dystopian system. The MGM production won the 1977 Academy Award® for Visual Effects and became a landmark of 1970s science-fiction cinema.

Japanese B2s for major 1970s SF titles were printed in modest quantities and remain highly collectible.

This poster is in very good condition. The poster was folded and subsequently stored flat for many years, minor edge wear are present—please refer to the imagery (both front and back) as this is the exact poster that is for sale.
