We’re pleased to share that Japan Poster Shop will soon be moving into a much larger gallery space, located approximately 150 metres from our existing gallery in Shibuya.

To facilitate the move, the gallery will be temporarily closed for appointments from 18–22 October 2026. During this period, we will still be able to arrange collection from our existing gallery for orders placed through our website.

We’ve opened a by-appointment gallery space in Shibuya, just a 5-minute walk from Yoyogi-Koen Station. Here you can see a curated selection of original Japanese movie posters, anime art, rare Tadanori Yokoo works and other key pieces from our archive in person.

Each visit is a private 60-minute session with gallery owner Max Fujiwara. All purchases are completed cashless via our online Shopify store. We can carefully pack your poster for you to take with you, or ship it to your home address worldwide via DHL Express. Exact address is shared after your appointment is confirmed.
