"Our Man Flint", Original Japanese First-Release Movie Poster 1966, B2 Size (51 × 73 cm) O327

Sale price $150.00

This is an original Japanese B2 poster printed in 1966 for Daniel Mann’s swingin’ spy spoof Our Man Flint (Japanese title: 電撃フリントGO!GO!作戦). Starring the effortlessly cool James Coburn as super-agent Derek Flint, the film parodies Bond-era gadgetry and megalomaniacs with jazzy flair—complete with a snappy Jerry Goldsmith score and 20th Century-Fox gloss.

Design
A kinetic, pop-art collage: tuxed-up Coburn straddles a white mod chair, pistol in one hand and cocktail in the other, while miniature Flints flip henchmen and outrun explosions around a hi-tech lair. A giant close-up of Coburn sighting along a key looms behind, jet and rocket streaks crisscross the teal sky, and the bold red logotype 「電撃フリント」 plus “GO! GO!” slug anchor the bottom. The small OUR MAN FLINT badge and Fox mark complete a quintessential mid-’60s Japanese spy sheet.
