Bunta Sugawara was a revered actor known for his iconic roles in Japanese cinema, particularly in yakuza films. Rising to prominence in the 1970s, he became synonymous with the genre, portraying tough and charismatic characters with depth and authenticity. Starring in numerous classics of the yakuza genre, including the "Battles Without Honor and Humanity" series, earning critical acclaim and a dedicated fan base. This almost 5′ tall STB poster features fantastic artwork. The tatekan STB format had much lower print numbers compared to regular Japanese B2s. They are very rare, especially for more popular film titles, and are highly sought after by collectors today.
