“Doraemon: Nobita and the Tin Labyrinth / Dorami‑chan: Hello, Dynosaurs Kids!!” (映画ドラえもん のび太とブリキの迷宮 / 映画ドラミちゃん ハロー恐竜キッズ!!), Original Release Japanese Movie Poster 1993, B2 Size (51 × 73 cm) ZA362
This is an original Japanese B2 poster printed in 1993 for Toho’s spring holiday triple‑feature led by Doraemon: Nobita and the Tin Labyrinth, the 14th Doraemon feature film directed by Tsutomu Shibayama, paired with the short Dorami‑chan: Hello, Dynosaurs Kids!! and an additional short. The films opened across Japan on March 6, 1993.
Film background
In Nobita and the Tin Labyrinth, a mysterious suitcase delivers a portal to “Tin Island” and the lavish Tin Hotel, where everything appears to be made of metal. The vacation quickly turns into an adventure when Doraemon is abducted and taken to the planet Chamuchar, forcing Nobita and friends to battle a tyrant using technology that corrupts human hearts. Dorami‑chan: Hello, Dynosaurs Kids!! offers a lighter companion piece, sending Doraemon’s little sister and a group of children on a time‑travel romp with friendly dinosaurs. Together they represent the franchise at the height of its early‑90s popularity.
Poster design
The poster is a riot of colour and energy perfectly tailored to children. The upper section explodes with action as Doraemon, Nobita and the gang flee toward the viewer, chased by robotic minions and the fantastical, riveted “Tin” spaceship above. The film title 「映画ドラえもん のび太とブリキの迷宮」 sweeps across the top in bold, multi‑coloured lettering, with lightning and motion lines creating a sense of speed. The lower band is devoted to Dorami‑chan’s adventure: a bright prehistoric landscape filled with friendly dinosaurs, Dorami‑chan in the foreground and the secondary title 「映画ドラミちゃん ハロー恐竜キッズ!!」 in playful pink and yellow. It’s a classic early‑90s Doraemon layout that packs two films’ worth of fun into a single sheet.
