This is an original Japanese B2 theatrical poster issued by Buena Vista for the 1970 Japanese re-release of Walt Disney’s One Hundred and One Dalmatians. The beloved 1961 animated classic returned to Japanese cinemas during the height of Disney’s revival era, when the studio re-issued its most popular titles for a new generation of families.

Design
A vivid hot-pink background showcases Pongo, Perdita, and their playful pups in a cheerful pyramid arrangement, crowned by a smiling puppy on Pongo’s head. The minimalist layout is enhanced by bold red and white Japanese typography and a compact English logo at bottom right.
