This is an original Japanese B2 theatrical poster printed in 1975 for the first Japanese release of Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia (ガルシアの首), Sam Peckinpah’s cult masterpiece of love, greed, and brutal inevitability. The film opened theatrically in Japan on 12 July 1975, distributed by United Artists / ユナイト映画 in Japan.

Starring Warren Oates as Bennie—an alcoholic piano man pulled into a spiral of violence after a $1,000,000 bounty is placed on a man’s head—the film is one of Peckinpah’s most uncompromising works: part road movie, part doomed romance, part feverish descent into the underside of Mexico.
