Hattori Hanzo: Shadow Warriors (Japanese title: 服部半蔵 影の軍団, Hattori Hanzo – Kage no Gundan) is a 1980 jidaigeki–ninja action film directed by Eiichi Kudō (工藤栄一) and produced by Tōei. A theatrical spin-off of the hit TV series, it stars martial-arts legend Shinichi “Sonny” Chiba as the legendary Iga ninja Hattori Hanzo, commander of the covert clan known as the Shadow Warriors.

In the volatile early Edo period, disappearances and assassinations threaten to plunge the shogunate into chaos. Summoned from exile, Hanzo reunites the scattered Shadow Warriors to uncover a conspiracy spearheaded by masked assassins manipulating rival daimyō. Facing betrayal within his own ranks, Hanzo must infiltrate gilded court chambers, duel rival Kōga agents, and thwart a plot to topple Tokugawa rule. Kudō blends acrobatic wire-fu, shuriken-flecked set pieces, and explosive stunt work, delivering a kinetic fusion of classic jidaigeki intrigue and 1980s action bravura.
