This is an original Japanese B2 poster printed in 1986 for the first theatrical release of Castle in the Sky (天空の城ラピュタ). Written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki with music by Joe Hisaishi, the film was produced by Studio Ghibli and released domestically in Japan, becoming a cornerstone of the studio’s early canon.
Poster design
