This is an original Japanese event poster from 1982 for the “Charity Manga Gekiga Exhibition” (チャリティ マンガ劇画展), featuring artwork by legendary manga artist Hiroshi Hirata (平田弘史) (credited on the sheet as 画・平田弘史).
The event details are printed along the bottom: January 4 (Mon) – January 13 (Wed) (1月4日〈月〉→13日〈水〉), held at Sogo, 8th Floor Grand Event Hall (そごう 8階大催会場), Osaka Shinsaibashi Sogo (大阪心斎橋 そごう), with the venue telephone number (06) 271–2221 printed on the sheet. The organiser/support credits are listed in the bottom text block (including social welfare and Mainichi Shimbun related support, as shown in the photos).
