This is an original Japanese B2 poster printed for the first theatrical release of Corruption (狂ったメス) in Japan, the notorious 1968 British psycho-horror directed by Robert Hartford-Davis and starring Peter Cushing with Sue Lloyd. About the release

Cushing plays eminent surgeon John Rowan, whose obsession with restoring his model fiancée’s beauty drives him to murder for fresh tissue—sending London into a panic as the killings escalate.
