An original Japanese STB tatekan theatrical poster for the 1973 Japanese release of Secret High School Girl: After School Activity, directed by Koji Wakamatsu and featuring Mako Mizuki, Yuki Seto, and Michio Akiyama. Distributed by Toei, the film opened in Japan on 3 February 1973.

The poster documents Wakamatsu’s work within Toei’s early-1970s adult-film programme. Its printed credits also include Komimasa Tanaka, Shigeomi Sato, and Kei Sato, with the screenplay credited to Izuru Deguchi.

Issued in two separate printed sections, the tatekan format was designed to form a tall, continuous theatrical display. At approximately 145 cm in height, its elongated proportions allow the central photographic composition and Japanese title to extend across both sheets.

A broad yellow background dominates the upper section, continuing into warmer photographic textures below. Smaller photographic panels are enclosed by sweeping turquoise outlines, creating curved divisions within the otherwise strongly vertical arrangement.

The title is printed in oversized red and dark blue brush lettering, with the circled 秘 character picked out in pink and lavender. These contrasting colours establish a clear hierarchy between the title, imagery, and supporting information.

The Toei triangle and 成人映画 classification appear at the upper left, balanced by vertical promotional text on the opposite side. Yellow cast lettering and blue production credits occupy the lower section, preserving the original Japanese billing.

Previously folded, subsequently stored flat. Both sections retain strong colour and legible printing. The photographs show the individual sheets and their combined composition.
