This is an original Japanese B2 poster printed in 1986 for the first theatrical release of Madame Sade: Female Hell, a late-era Nikkatsu Roman Porno title starring Machiko Wachi (debut), Kazuyo Ezaki, and Hikaru Isshiki; directed by Yoshihiro Kawasaki with a screenplay by Ichiro Isomura.
