This is an original Japanese movie poster printed in the early 1990s to advertise the nationwide “Movie Service Day” (映画サービスデー) on 1 September, when participating cinemas offered discounted adult admission. Featuring a monochrome still of Humphrey Bogart opposite co-stars from The Maltese Falcon (1941), the bold teal-on-pink design and ROADSHOW branding urged patrons to “experience Bogie-style” on the big screen while enjoying bargain ticket prices.
It is around 30 years old!
