This is an original Japanese B2 theatrical poster printed in 1992 for the “SUPER REMIX Version” release of Tetsuo II: Body Hammer (鉄男II BODY HAMMER), written and directed by Shinya Tsukamoto. This variant campaign promotes a special remix presentation of Tsukamoto’s ferocious industrial-cyberpunk sequel—one of the defining works of early-1990s Japanese underground cinema.
Design
A stunning, high-impact alternate design built around pure colour and typography: a blue-lit, contorted close-up dominates the sheet—rage, pain, and transformation rendered as a single violent image—slashed through the centre by the giant SUPER REMIX title in red/white, with “Version.” locked at the right edge.
