This is an original Japanese poster printed in 1974 for the first theatrical release of Juggernaut, the maritime thriller directed by Richard Lester and distributed by United Artists.

The film follows a terrorist threat aboard the British luxury liner SS Britannic, where a bomber calling himself “Juggernaut” has rigged seven explosive devices and demands £500,000 ransom to reveal how to defuse them. The race is on as a bomb squad—led by a grim but determined specialist played by Richard Harris—is airlifted aboard to prevent disaster.

Though less well-known than The Poseidon Adventure, Juggernaut was praised for its realism and psychological tension. The film’s release predated real-life maritime hijackings and remains a chillingly prescient thriller.
