This is an original Japanese B2 theatrical poster produced for the first Japanese cinema release of Woody Allen’s Anything Else (released in Japan as 僕のニューヨークライフ). The film opened theatrically in Japan on 21 January 2006.
Directed by Woody Allen (who also appears on-screen), the film is a witty New York romantic comedy centred on a young comedy writer and his chaotic relationship life—made with Allen’s trademark neurotic humour and citywise observations. This Japanese release also leans into the film’s festival prestige, as it was selected as the official opening film of the Venice Film Festival 2003.
Poster design
