Be Forever Yamato: REBEL 3199 (ヤマトよ永と遠わに REBELレベル 3199, Yamato yo Towa ni: Rebel 3199), also known as Star Blazers REBEL 3199, is a 26 episodes long anime series and the direct sequel of Space Battleship Yamato 2205: The New Voyage. The series was announced in the last scene of 2205's second movie Part 2: Stasha and its first chapter was released on July 19, 2024. The new project's tagline is "Change the future. The enemy is … the space battleship Yamato"
2205 head writer Harutoshi Fukui stated that the series will be a mix of various elements from Be Forever Yamato and Space Battleship Yamato III.
The series is released in chapters, each consisting of multiple episodes shown in theaters, much like its prequels.
