This is an original Japanese B2 (51 x 73cm) poster for the first release of Belladonna of Sadness printed in 1973. This is the first time we have had this poster in our gallery - it is in excellent condition. This poster was previously folded and subsequently stored flat. In Japan, the philosophy is to appreciate an item (poster) in it`s original condition rather than to restore and linen-back it! This poster is probably one of the most sought after Japanese posters.
