"Budweiser – Genuine Bud Girls (Japan)", Original Japanese Promotional Poster 1994, B2 Size (51 × 73 cm) O301

This is an original Japanese B2 advertising poster issued by Bud Japan / Anheuser-Busch for the “Genuine Bud Girls” campaign of the mid-1990s. It features three campaign models—Ayaka Ono, Ayako Moriguchi, and Ayumi Matsumiya—wearing dresses patterned after the classic Budweiser label. Produced for retail bars, distributors, and point-of-sale display, these were printed in smaller numbers than mass consumer posters and are now hard to source in clean condition.

Design
High-key studio photography on a white ground frames the trio in matching label dresses, bordered by Budweiser’s red chassis and flanked by vertical copy GENUINE BUD GIRLS. The familiar Budweiser cartouche and “KING OF BEERS” wordmark anchor the composition, with BUD JAPAN branding at lower right and each model’s name captioned along the foot. It’s quintessential ‘90s beverage POP—bright, cheeky, and pure Americana filtered through Japanese promo culture.
