"Delinquent Girl Boss: Tokyo Drifter", Original Release Japanese Movie Poster 1970, STB Size (c. 51 cm × 145 cm) N25
This is an original Japanese poster printed in 1970 for the first release of Delinquent Girl Boss: Tokyo Drifter (ズベ公番長 東京流れ者, Zubekô Banchô: Tôkyô Nagaremono).
This almost 5-foot-tall STB (tatekan) poster features dynamic artwork of star Reiko Oshida—jeans rolled up, shirt torn, tattoo proudly on display—capturing the film’s rebellious energy. STB posters were produced in far smaller numbers than standard B2s, making surviving examples of popular titles like this exceptionally scarce and highly prized by collectors today.
Delinquent Girl Boss: Tokyo Drifter is the second entry in Toei’s pinky-violence “Sukeban” cycle, directed by Kazuhiko Yamaguchi. Fresh out of reform school, gang leader Rika (Oshida) hits Tokyo’s back-streets only to be drawn into turf wars, crooked boxing matches, and Yakuza extortion. Part road movie, part youth-gang actioner, the film blends go-go club scenes and razor-sharp street fights with a surprisingly heartfelt coming-of-age thread, cementing Oshida’s status as the era’s most stylish girl-boss anti-heroine.
