This is an original Japanese poster printed in 1981 for the first release of Halloween II.
Halloween II (1981) is a slasher sequel to Halloween (1978), directed by Rick Rosenthal. It picks up right after the first film, with Michael Myers chasing Laurie Strode to a hospital while Dr. Loomis continues his pursuit of him. Written by John Carpenter and Debra Hill, it introduces the twist that Laurie is Michael's sister. The film had a budget of $2.5 million and grossed $25 million. It received mixed reviews and was followed by the unrelated Halloween III in 1982, while future films continued the Michael Myers storyline.
