This is an original Japanese poster printed in 1963 for the first release of It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.
It's one of the most hilarious movies ever made, featuring a group of people who gather around a dying thief-- a man who tells of burying $350,000 in a California park. Once the people fail to agree to share the money, it becomes a madcap race to find the stolen money before anyone else. At just over three hours running time, it defined a new genre, the epic comedy and featured almost everyone who was anyone in comedy at the time including, Spencer Tracy, Milton Berle, Sid Caesar, Buddy Hackett, Mickey Rooney, Phil Silvers, Terry-Thomas, and Jonathan Winters. The car stunts were outrageous, let alone flying a commercial airliner through a billboard!
