This is an original Japanese B2 shop poster printed in 1997 by King Records to promote the home-video release Genesis 0:10 (VHS/LD), featuring Episode:19 “Introjection” and Episode:20 “Weaving a Story: oral stage.” Issued for record/video retailers rather than cinemas, these Evangelion point-of-sale posters were printed in smaller quantities and are much harder to find than standard theatrical paper.

Design
Minimalist, high-impact layout: a vast matte-black field carries the vertical silver title stack with the bold kanji 「覚醒」 (Kakusei / Awakening) at top left. In the lower right quadrant, a feral EVA-01 (berserk) surges forward under a twilight sky—jagged armor plates in neon lime and purple, exposed core blazing. Small King Records/Project Eva credits sit at the upper right—pure late-’90s Eva aesthetics.
