This is an original Japanese B2 poster printed in 2003 for King Records’ Evangelion “Restart” campaign announcing the early‑summer launch of the Renewal of Evangelion remastered releases (including the DVD‑BOX and 5.1ch discs). The artwork is credited Illustrated by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto (credit printed lower right) with the official site www.evangelion.co.jp called out on the sheet. This poster is extremely hard to find in a B2 size!

Film background
Hideaki Anno’s landmark series follows Shinji Ikari, Rei Ayanami, and Asuka Langley as they pilot Evangelions to defend Tokyo‑3 while the story explores identity, connection, and choice—one of the most influential anime of the 1990s.

Poster design
A dynamic reprise of Sadamoto’s classic image: Shinji cradles a bandaged Rei before the looming EVA‑01. Across the composition blazes the huge red kanji 「再起動」 (“Restart”), paired with the bold English campaign line “Early Summer 2003 Out!” and the series logotype NEON GENESIS EVANGELION.
