"Ray Charles: Japan Tour ’95", Original Release Japanese Poster 1995, B2 Size (51 × 73 cm) M132

Sale price $125.00

This is an original Japanese poster printed in 1995 to promote Ray Charles’ Japan Tour ’95—a one-night-only concert on 16 December 1995 at Nakano Sunplaza Hall, Tokyo, featuring The Raeletts and the Ray Charles Orchestra under long-time manager Joe Adams.

By the mid-1990s, Charles was celebrating five decades at the piano, fresh off his Grammy-winning My World (1993) and revered worldwide as “The Genius” who fused gospel, blues, jazz, country, and soul into American popular music. Set lists on this tour mixed classics like “What’d I Say,” “Georgia on My Mind,” and “I Can’t Stop Loving You” with big-band arrangements that showcased his evergreen showmanship and the tight swing of his orchestra.

It is over 30 years old!

This movie poster is in excellent condition. Please refer to the imagery (both front and back) as this is the exact poster that is for sale.

It is not a reproduction or a reprint.
