“Run Lola Run” (ラン・ローラ・ラン), Original Japanese Movie Poster 2000 Video/DVD Release, B2 Size (51 × 73 cm) O168

Sale price $100.00

This is an original Japanese B2 poster printed in 2000 for the domestic video/DVD release of Run Lola Run (1998), directed by Tom Tykwer and starring Franka Potente and Moritz Bleibtreu. Japanese home-video shop posters for popular late-1990s titles are highly collectible.

Film background
Berlin courier Manni loses 100,000 marks and has 20 minutes before his gangster boss arrives. His girlfriend Lola sprints across the city in three reality-bending “runs,” each altered by split-second choices. With propulsive techno by Tykwer/Klimek/Heil and kinetic editing, the film became a defining European cult hit of the 1990s.

Poster design
A high-velocity country sheet: a large, motion-blurred image of red-haired Lola running dominates the field, set against a cool blue backdrop. Across the center runs a horizontal band of stills and animation frames from the film. The bold red Japanese logotype 「ラン・ローラ・ラン」 spans the middle, flanked by copy lines 「映像が走る!」 「ローラが走る!」 「音楽が走る!」. In bright orange, the hook 「タイムリミットは20分。」 sits above the translucent English title “LOLA RENNT.” Footer text announces “VIDEO DVD 3.17 ON SALE!” with credits for Tom Tykwer, Franka Potente, and Moritz Bleibtreu—classic hallmarks of an authentic shop-display sheet with strong wall presence.
