Koyoharu Gotouge’s manga Kimetsu no Yaiba (2016-2020) exploded in global popularity after the 2019 TV-anime by ufotable. The first feature film, Mugen Train (無限列車編), continues the story directly from the Season 1 finale and became Japan’s highest-grossing film of all time, surpassing Spirited Away in 2020.
