This is an original Japanese poster printed in 1980`s for the international release of Seven Samurai. The poster states that it is for international use (as can be seen in the second image), but printed in Japan.
This is the most important poster in Japanese Cinema. The masterpiece of Akira Kurosawa, is consistently voted as one of the best films ever made. Kurosawa is one of the most deservedly celebrated film directors in history. Seven Samurai is Kurosawa`s most famous film and has inspired western filmmakers for generations and will continue to do so for generations.
