This is an original Japanese B2 poster printed in 1982 for the cult pink-film Sex Sacrifice (Ikenie) (性贄〈いけにえ〉), directed by Tsuyoshi Ijūin (伊集院剛). A quintessential early-’80s exploitation title, it blends bondage/fetish imagery with horror overtones and became a late-Showa cult video favorite.
Design
Airbrushed shock art at its most audacious: a nude heroine, collared and chained, curls within an outsized hand that presents a beaker, safety pins, and a burning red candle—objects of menace glinting under studio light. Drip lines from a blood-red IV bag and dangling chains frame the figure, while the massive slashed crimson title 「性贄」 blasts across the top with an orange tag reading 「いけにえ」. Bold vertical copy screams down the flanks—pure Roman X pulp intensity.
