This is an original Japanese B2 theatrical poster printed in 1983 for the first Japanese release of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi (スター・ウォーズ／ジェダイの復讐), the third and final chapter of George Lucas’s original Star Wars trilogy. A highly collectible Japanese release poster from one of the biggest cinema events of the 1980s.

Film background
Released in 1983, the film concludes the original trilogy with the Rebel Alliance’s final assault on the Empire—culminating in the Endor campaign and Luke Skywalker’s confrontation with Darth Vader and the Emperor.
