Film background
The story follows Cathy Timberlake, an unemployed New Yorker whose dress is splashed with mud by the limousine of wealthy businessman Philip Shayne.
When Philip attempts to make amends, he is immediately attracted to Cathy and begins pursuing her with expensive gifts, glamorous invitations, and a proposed trip to Bermuda.
