This is an original Japanese B2 poster printed in 1990 for the release of The Exorcist III, written and directed by William Peter Blatty from his novel Legion, with George C. Scott, Brad Dourif and Jason Miller.

Design
The key art focuses on the infamous staircase that links the film back to the original.
