This is an original Japanese B2 theatrical poster printed in 1984 for the first Japanese release of The Terminator. A genuine cinema display sheet produced for theatres in Japan.

Film background
James Cameron’s breakthrough sci-fi classic pits Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) and time-traveler Kyle Reese (Michael Biehn) against a relentless cybernetic assassin—the T-800—played with icy authority by Arnold Schwarzenegger. A box-office hit that launched Cameron’s career and cemented Schwarzenegger as a global action star.

Poster design
Pure ’84 power: the leather-clad T-800 stares down the viewer behind black shades, shotgun raised, framed by crimson targeting graphics and neon slashes. The bold metallic Japanese title 「ターミネーター」 crashes across the lower register over a night-blue chase vignette—an unmistakable, high-impact key image for display.

Condition
This poster is in very good+ condition. Please review the photos (front and back); they show the exact poster for sale. This poster was previously displayed and has a few very small pinholes and a tear that has been repaired on the verso with tape (see close up imagery). We have taken this into account when pricing. Once framed, this poster will display excellently.
