This is an original Japanese B2 theatrical poster for Wall Street, Oliver Stone’s 1987 drama about ambition, insider trading and 1980s excess. The film stars Michael Douglas as corporate raider Gordon Gekko and Charlie Sheen as hungry young broker Bud Fox, with Daryl Hannah and Martin Sheen in key supporting roles. 

Film background
Bud Fox, eager to escape the boiler‑room grind, worms his way into the orbit of Gekko, a ruthless dealmaker who preaches that “greed is good.” Seduced by wealth and power, Bud feeds Gekko inside information, only to see the human cost when Gekko targets Bluestar Airlines, the company where Bud’s father works. Torn between loyalty and ambition, Bud eventually tries to bring his mentor down. The film became a defining portrait of the era’s financial culture and earned Douglas an Academy Award for Best Actor. 

Poster design
The Japanese B2 mirrors the famous international artwork. Against a glowing orange‑blue city skyline at dusk, Gekko, Fox and Darien stand in a tight triangle: Douglas’ Gekko to the left with cigar in hand, Sheen’s Bud in the centre in crisp blue suit, and Hannah’s character turned away in profile on the right. The giant serifed title “WALL STREET” spans the lower middle in white, with the Japanese title 「ウォール街」 in chunky red lettering layered over it. The rich gradient sky and glittering windows evoke both the allure and menace of Manhattan finance.
